Basic Troubleshooting

Importing material:

  1. Connect the iPad to a Mac.
  2. In Finder, select the iPad and open the Files tab.
  3. Select BatVision.
  4. Drag the ALE and matching video clips into the BatVision file-sharing area.
  5. Open BatVision and tap Refresh.

Deleting material:
Delete clips from inside BatVision. This removes the video file, metadata, and playlist references from the device.

Data:
BatVision stores imported material locally on the iPad and does not upload clips or metadata to The Tech Company or third parties.
